Hi,

With the recent excitement, I lost track that we have a bank holiday Monday. How about this, we’ll have the regular Monday Mysore schedule. That’s a session from 6:30- 8:30 for those who want to rise early and 9:30-11am for those who want to sleep- in. You have to love those options.

Also, we will observe the Full Moon Day on Tuesday (Jan. 22)

Join us for a Blazing salsa party at Alberto’s nightclub in Downtown Mountain View. This promises to be a fun evening of Latin music, dance and laughter!

Here’s the plan:

6:30 Meet up at YIY

6:45 Head over to Cascal restaurant on the corner of California and Castro for a few tapas and drinks 7:45 Move down to Alberto’s for our dance lesson

8:00 One hour dance lesson-they will be teaching Salsa including basic footwork and a pattern

9:00-10:30 pm social dancing.

10:30 performances by top ranked salsa dance teams and couples.

11:00-1:00am social dancing

The evening is being hosted by Giju John– one of the newest Hindi pop singers and a world ranked salsa dancer. Please let me know if you would like to attend by Thursday, January 24^th at 5:00 as I will be making reservations at Cascal for the group.

Entry for the evening at Alberto’s is $12-this includes lesson, performances and dancing all night long.
