The Sutra discussion group is meeting again this Sunday after David Roche his workshop at 9:30AM at our house on 566 Oak Street, Mountain View.

Sutra beginners are very welcome!

Hi all,

From Sunday through Wednesday the early morning Mysore classes will be taught by David Roche as part of his Workshop at YIY (see for more info on sign-up and prices on the website www.yogaisyouth.com).

The late morning Mysore class at 9:30am on Monday (29th) is running as usual, taught by Adarsh.

Note the attached Yoga studio! Joseph, is there a growth opportunity here for YIY?!

We are having the moon day on this Friday morning. This will give us all time to rest up before David Roche on Friday evening. So to be clear,  this Thursday (Oct. 25) early and late morning Mysore class will be held as usual. No class on Friday morning.
