Even though YiY will be closed over the 2 coming Holiday weekends (from www.yogaisyouth.com: closed Saturday 12/23 - Monday 12/25, open Tuesday 12/26 to Friday 12/29, closed Saturday 12/30 to Monday 1/1), we’ve always done things a little bit differently with the Mysore classes.

Adarsh & Heleen are gone from 12/22 to 12/30, and both Beata and Dave will be gone too during that period, so here is the following modified schedule:

Sunday 12/24: 8-9:30am - Philippe (doors open at 7am)
Monday 12/25: 7-8:30am - Self-practice [pls email me info@ if you intend to come to self practice]
Tuesday 12/26: 7-8:30 - Philippe (doors open at 6am)
Wednesday 12/27: 7-8:30 - Philippe (doors open at 6am)
Thursday 12/28: 7-8:30 - Philippe (doors open at 6am)
Friday 12/29: 7-8:30am - Self-practice

A couple of things to note - the schedule may be adjusted if circumstances dictate, for example if there are fewer (or more?) people than expected. If this happens it will be announced on this website.

Also Adarsh & Heleen will soon announce their plans for 12/31 and 1/1 practice.

The sutras study group will take a pause this upcoming New Moon day (Dec. 20) and will return the next Full Moon of Jan. 3… I hope this works for everyone -we thought this would give space for the 108 Surya Namaskar celebration.

Hi all,

We received the Morning Mysore calendars last week only to discover August was misaligned. Turns out it was printer error so the printer is reprinting our calendars at their expense. We expect to get them by the end of next week. Apologies for this late date. In the meantime, everyone who ordered calendar/s can pick up the same number of “faulty” ones from Dave at Morning Mysore practice. The cool thing is: we now have lots of extra copies to keep or give away!

Hi all ~

I wanted to let you know I just got set up to do studio photography (http://www.divine-eye.com/studio.html) at home so am now available for both studio and location shoots, including for gift certificates for friends and loved ones. There are some pix of Dipita, Jay, & their daughter Nina; Mojdeh’s extended family; my sister; and the co-owner of the Castro Street Seascapes pet store with his huge iguana-like creature Rex at that new portfolio link. Leads to gigs of all sorts are welcome and will be received with gratitude!
