Dear all,

As many of you know Amy dislocated her shoulder this morning during practice while doing her dropbacks. This was traumatic for her (and us!), but the good news is that I just spoke to her and she is doing well.

I want to thank Ken for accompanying Amy to the hospital where the doctors put her arm back in its socket (under general anaesthesia). And thanks to all of you for your support during this incident.

She will be taking a break from yoga but she sends her regards to everyone and is planning to bring chai after class on Friday.

Dear Mysore Devotees,

As with you, we are still adjusting to the big surprise of Anne’s departure. I’m sure some of you are wondering what’s going on with our Mysore Program. We would like to reassure you that we will not disappoint you with the choice of long term teacher(s) and will continue our dedication and appreciation.

With the help of Anne and Philippe we are actively recruiting. We will let you know as soon as something gets finalized. Meanwhile we have a great line up until July, with Saisha in April, Lizzie Nichols (previously Open Door Yoga owner) in May and David Roche in June.

Lizzie might continue in July and August if we have not secured a long term teacher until then. We will keep you posted on progress on that front. Thank you.
