So most of you know Dominic Corigliano will be having a kick off special workshops this Saturday, January 21st from 2-5pm, to start the six week Mysore intensive. This workshop is free if you are signed up for the unlimited option for his intensive, and $15 if you are coming 3 times per week.

We are still looking for an appropriate cabinet for chai. Let me know (by email, sabina at yogaiyouth.com), I have had hard time finding one. Tall, with shelf (hopefully), sometimes described as a telephone cabinet.

Hi all,

So as it is posted everywhere, we have six to seven available stewarding opportunities. Being a steward for the workshop would constitute spending one hour between six and seven am one day per week signing people in for class. It would include a discount as well on the workshop. I would like to reserve these space for people who need the financial break for whatever reason. But at this point I have only one person who’s officially signed on. If you are interested please email me soon.

Dom and Saisha are back at YiY after last year’s successful workshop. Here are the details:

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Intensive with Dominic Corigliano and Saisha Petersen

January 22 through March 3 , 2006 (6 weeks)
Sun-Fri 6:30-9:00am
(weekdays doors open at 6am close at 9:30am)

Unlimited: $425 ($450 after 1/14)
3 times per week: $300 ($325 after 1/14)
$20 drop in

“Your Edge within the Practice”
A 3 hour special workshop tol lay the groundwork for the month-long Mysore class workshop:
Sat Jan 21 2-5 pm • $30 in advance, $40 day of
$15 for those signed up for 3 times a week above, Free for the Unlimited students

Led Primary Classes
Sundays 12:30-3pm
Dom will detail out the Primary Series in these led classes.
The cost is the same as the above workshop.

For YiY Monthly Mysore Rollover Subscribers:

1. If you don’t pay anything extra, you can come 2x per week

2. If you pay $100 extra on top of your subscription, you can come 3x per week

3. If you pay $200 extra on top of your subscription, you can come unlimited

There are stewardships and possibly scholarships available.
